Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 30 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna, which can accommodate up to 4 people. From the terrace, you can enjoy views over the bay of Ajaccio and the mountains. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Residence with swimming pool, we're waiting for you!
The flat comprises
- A 16 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.) and a lounge area with 2 bench seats (convertible into a single bed).
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath
- A separate WC
Outside:
- A 7 m² terrace to enjoy the view during your meals
- Communal areas in the residence
- 2 communal swimming pools, one with a beautiful sea view, access by beeper, open from June to October.
The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. A very quiet area, with a series of charming "maisonettes" surrounded by green spaces and local flora (laurel, scrubland, etc.). Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Porticcio beach and town centre 10-15 min walk away
Transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the residence.
