Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Grosseto-Prugna. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of Ajaccio Bay and the mountains. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Set in a residential complex with a swimming pool, we look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 16 m² living area with a fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.) and a lounge area with 2 sofas (which can be converted into a single bed)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 7 m² terrace where you can enjoy the view whilst dining
- Communal areas within the residential complex
- Two communal swimming pools, one of which offers a beautiful sea view; access via a key fob provided; open from June to October.
The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant setting. A very quiet neighbourhood, comprising a cluster of charming ‘little houses’ set amongst green spaces and native flora (laurel, Mediterranean scrub, etc.). You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.

- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are not contractually binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
