La vue du balcon , son emplacement .
Appartement à rafraîchir absolument , plaintes murs , toilettes , plancher , porte fenêtre … petit frigo pour stocker les aliments compliqué, manque de torchon cuisine . Entretien des plantes à l entrée à faire ; accès à la porte d entrée difficile .
