We used the apartment as a base for 2 nights to allow us to explore Albania further south than our existing accommodation allowed. The apartment was very clean, nicely equipped and excellent value. The host was responsive, helpful and attentive.
We didn’t find anything not to like, it’s a 5 minute walk to the city centre.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The location is great, with the old town only about a 10-minute walk away along the main avenue. The apartment is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
There are grocery stores nearby, the internet connection works very well, and we had no difficulty finding free parking for our car. As is often the case in Albania, I would recommend carrying some cash, although paying in euros is usually the most convenient option.
The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the evenings, as neighbors sometimes gather outside on the ground floor and chat until around midnight. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Clean and well-equipped flat, bedroom + couches in living room.
Free parking on the street.
Berat historic center - the flat is away in a block of houses, but not that far.
It took some time before the central Air conditioning cooled the bedroom.
The panel-house entrance is not numbered at the entrance to the stairs - it was not easy to find the exact entrance.
The surroundings looks suspicious (graffiti, dirt).

Llegamos de noche y nos asustó un poco la ubicación, por la mañana, lo vimos bastante diferente. Una zona en la periferia, pero nada peligrosa. Por el precio, no se puede pedir más.
