It was safe and quiet, away from the busy main road area. At the same time, it was just a short walk to the main area. It was clean and most all the equipment was new.
Getting to the property with luggage that has wheels is a little bit of a struggle with the cobble stone road and walkway, along the first 40 meters.

I had a great time at Asteri Apartment. It’s really cozy but also has plenty of space for three people. Everything inside is new and comfortable, and the kitchen is big with a nice table where you can sit and eat together. My favorite part was the balcony – it’s big, quiet, and perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The location is also perfect, right in the historic Mangalem neighborhood. You can easily walk over to Gorica or up to the Castle of Berat, which makes exploring the city really simple. Overall, it felt like the perfect mix of comfort and being close to everything.
