ES Apartaments

A very clean, comfortable, and new apartment; everything is exactly as shown in the photos. It is located just five minutes from the center in an area surrounded by shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe; I recommend it for a pleasant and peaceful stay.

Perfectly clean apartment, everything is in almost new and in working conditions (Sep 2026) Easy communication. We didn't meet owners in person, but they have bean responsive and helpful. Key - in the key-box, which is comfortable for everyone. Excellent location - short easy walk to the central area by flat surface. Apartment is located in the middle of living area, in the neighborhood. We felt safe and comfortable there. Apartment is well-equipped with all that need for longer stay: kitchen, washing machine, fresh towels . We staid for 5 days in comfort. Absolutely astonishing water-stream in the shower, probably the best we ever experienced in any type of hotels. Always hot water. Perfection ! It's 'wet shower', without cabin - typical for Albania. You see it on photos, all is honest. Not luxury and not hotel-alike, but fair, clean and calm place that felt like home for a while.

There are probs of the building, not of the apartment > 3rd floor with no elevator - keep in mind if you have health probs or heavy luggage. > In the morning bathroom smells bad and there are insects (flies) coming from the drain. Not dangerous or killing, but unpleasant. It can be easily cleaned with water and ventilation and not bothering during the day.

Inside the appartement is ok, the area is full of shops and walking distance to the city center

The building and the stairs are not very welcoming...

It was a small, very cozy place, located near the center. The owner was always ready and positive for any request.

Its was alright
