The Title Legendary Luxury 2BR Pool & Spa Bang Tao

The facilities were really nice, the view from the balcony was amazing, the staff were friendly, overall nice place to stay.

First thing is that I didn’t like was that the location in booking is totally wrong, I booked this place for the sole purpose of its location (it says it’s in Kamala, were instead it’s like 25-30 minutes away from Kamala), since it’s my first time in Phuket, I’m not familiar with all city names, It took us a daily taxi trip of 45+ minutes to get where we want to go, you can imagine how time consuming it is. Second, no one from the staff was present during the booking, when I needed to speak with them, they told me that they were out of town, totally unacceptable. Third and last, there’s a lot of construction work happening around that area and it’s very disturbing if you wanna sleep till noon.
