View from our building was great, both mountain and ocean, quiet. It was close to the 24hr food and discount store, close the night farmers market where many foods were cooked to bring back to condo. Not far by Garb or bus to other beaches., like Phuket or Krton. The Kamala beach was very active with lots of umbrellas to rent for $1 all day, food near the beach to bring back to your chair or sit at a cafe. There were longboats for trips to other beaches for more shopping. Kamala beach town was not over crowded.

This is located on a hill, for anyone with knee or back problems, many stairs thru the landscape to the street, or walk up steep driveway to front entrance then down the steep hill along side the traffic(there was a wide walking path until near the bottom). We took a Garb many times to avoid the walk. Not setup for a lot of cooking, which is ok when the night farmers market below. Could have had more food storage containers.

Very modern very luxury.

Had a few issues enter int the property also some issues with a promised one day refund off the owners.

the apartment need work and an uodate peeling paint tv in bedrooms didn't work electric bill was high my freind has a 3 bed villa 29 min away and spends 4k thb a month and he leaves ac 24 hours for the dog i paid 2990 thb for 8 days there is a building site opposite the apartment it was not in the description also the mosc calling people to praise all through the day and night
