Icon Park Apartments - Kamala Beach

Location was good and the apartment very large and the furnishings were nice and functional.

A/C did not work properly and the sun was hitting the windows all day so the apartment was to hot all the time.

The apartment was large and comfortable with great views Although there was a few maintenance issues Pool was good .

The management company gave a very poor service.we was left to find apartment at 10pm as no one was there to greet us although we was told someone would show us.No instruction book to show where things were or how to operate things apartment left unlocked with keys inside.for us to find .Should state not suitable for people with mobility issues steep hill at front or poorly lit damaged staircase to rear .Cleaning has a lot to be desired thick dust under furniture and on top of fridge .Management company were cancelling my calls when I was asking questions that night .Owner needs to talk with them about quality of service .Given wrong instructions how to use safe had to wait until next day to get all problems sorted.. No one arrived to check apartment and I am still waiting to hear from them 3 days later.
