Beautiful Modern Penthouse Kamala Beach

Location was amazing, property was amazing

The beds were rock solid felt like you was sleeping on a rock

very nice penthouse could do with a bit off updating ,sofa was old and ripped ,kitchen didn't have any drinking mugs or knifes and forks so had to go out and buy some ,no t- towels to dry pots with fridge door didn't close properly ,There was a gate at the bottom near the swimming pool that u could exit to get to the shops but couldn't get back in without a card asked owner about card was told to buy one for 300 baht and as was staying for two weeks asked for clean bedding to be told could be arranged for 800baht so took to bag wash outside cost 200baht , was good location with lots off shops for everything you would need beach was about 10min walk, Penthouse it is on the top off a hill and path not to good to walk on but as long as watching the traffic you could walk up the hill easy

there was no path to the main road.

Secure apartment. Open plan and loads of natural light. Staff quick to respond, but never once met them. Abit rude but after a strong worded conversation over the phone the guy straightened himself out and was quite helpful.

Beds were so uncomfortable you can feel every spring poking through the mattresses. Asked for some spare pillows, no spare pillows available. Asked for the key card/pin for the back entrance to the property so I didn't have to walk up the hill on the main road with two young children no key card/pin given. Also mites/ants all over the property. Sauna in the property doesn't work although it wasnt listed in the amenities, I think it would've been an amazing feature. Having said that, I would recommend this place if they sort out these minor issues.
