The room was nice and comfortable, with a small balcony with a superb view of the centre and the church. The location was very close to downtown and to a lot of good restaurants. The host was also friendly and very responsive.
The parking options are around 10 minute walk away, but that's just how the city is, since it's the historic downtown area. What we really didn't apreciate was the fact that the wi-fi didn't work when we arrived and continued to not work even though we told the host and he promised to get it fixed and also that the kitchen with terrace upstairs were not clean.

Great location and comfortable room. Upstairs terrace nice to have but small.
Common areas not very clean, fridge had been switched off with sea food and an ice cream cake in it...not nice. Upstairs terrace and kitchenette untidy and for 3 shared room only 2 mugs we were lucky we got these first. No kettle in room so making a morning tea etc required going up stairs to the kitchenette. No coffee machine in kitchenette bit did have an air frier...odd .
