The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The private bathroom (you are given a key to keep it locked when not in use) was also spacious and for us, it wasn't a problem that it was outside the room.
There is a dining area where you can prepare coffee and tea and also a shared kitchen where you can make simple meals.
Finding a parking spot on the street wasn't too difficult and it's not a long drive to the Valley of the Temples. You can easily walk to restaurants too.

We had one day in Agrigento. The place suited us for one day stay. The owner, Enzo waited for us to check in and told us where everything was. As we were leaving early for the Temple, we left the luggage there and gave us the code to retrieve them.

The room was a clean, not so far from the center. Parking could be problem on the street, but we had a lucky. Owner was friendly and helpful.

Enzo was lovely and accommodating. Location is walking distance from historic centre.
The room look quite outdated, shower had quite a bit of mould. TV was outdated so we couldn’t connected to any streaming app. The streets and the parking were a challenge and we are travelling with small kids and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around.
