The location is great and easily accessible. It is very clean and the staff tried the best they could to accommodate any request. The bed is comfy and everything you need for a place where you will just spend a night.
During our check in we noticed the key doesn't work from inside the room so we could not lock the room, we reported it and were promised it will be resolved the following day but it was not resolved at all until we left. The noise between rooms is easily heard.

Lage ist TOP, sehr zentral. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Teppichboden muss unbedingt RAUS! Sonst ok.

The quality of the furniture and fixtures throughout the room feels very premium. The check-out process was professional, friendly, and completed in under a minute. The building has a beautiful architectural character that blends modern and classic elements.
