Konaklamamız boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Otelin temizliği, konumu, rahatlığı ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça iyiydi. Özellikle Şahin Bey’in ilgisi, nezaketi ve samimi yaklaşımı bizi çok memnun etti. Gösterdiği güzel jest ve misafirlerine verdiği değer, konaklamamızı daha da özel ve keyifli hale getirdi. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Birdaha geldiğimde kesinlikle seçeceğim tek otel.
Açıkçası olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğimiz ciddi bir durum olmadı. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan oldukça memnun kaldık.

Close to the metro and bus terminal
Not a great location/neighbourhood in Kadikoy. The area around the hotel is rough and the room was quite expensive given the poor location and facilities.
