The property is okay to stay. There are all basic needs provided, except washing machines and ironing. Rooms are small and relatively clean. The most important and valuable thing about this place is location, location and location. The neighborhood is great, people are great. Kadikoy is best neighborhood to stay

The location

You can only pay in cash upon arrival (which probably means they pay less tax). We didn’t realise this beforehand, so we had to go and withdraw cash. When we came back, there was nobody at reception (just a small table on the staircase), so we went to bed. At 11:30 p.m., the man knocked on our door insisting that we pay right then. We were already in bed, but he made us get up and pay him. I completely understand that payment is required, of course, but then make sure someone is at reception (as promised) so we can settle it when we return after dinner. Knocking on guests’ doors that late at night is simply not okay.
