For a solo traveler, the staff made me feel safe, taken care of, and welcomed. The attention they shared to my inquiries before I arrived regarding best ways to arrive to the hotel from the airport was the best support. They always responded to my inquiries via expedia chat was is comforting for a solo traveler with limited sources of communication. The hotel was conveniently located close to all transportation options: Metro, trains, taxis and ferries. Sarnic is great option for 1st time travelers and recommend their hotel, staff, and location.
