First of all, I can say one of the best things that made our stay memorable was the staff! They are sooo helpful and very friendly, specially Umut and the lovely two ladies at the front desk: Özlem and Imge. They really made our stay special and made us feel at home ❤️ As for the breakfast, the lady chef Gülşen- bless her- was extraordinary 😍 and even though we had the language barrier, she was sooo sweet and trying her best to assist us. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food, salads and cheeses, and everyday there will be a new dish to try.. I loved the brownies bites and coffee was excellent! As for the hotel itself, the room was smaller than what I was looking for, but it was enough to fit two of our suitcases and it was quite clean 👌 .. Bed was verrry comfortable, AC worked perfectly. . the service was very good.. don’t focus on scratches on some of the wood or things like that, as it’s not the ritz! But it was perfect for what you pay for and it was value for money indeed. The amenities like the Turkish bath and the gym were impressive for a small boutique hotel! The Turkish bath was actually surprisingly big and looked really clean, but we didn’t get the chance to try it.. The hotel is on a small road off the Main Street, busy day time but at night was very quiet, so one can sleep without disruption or noises. The location was very good! Just few minutes walk away from the ferry ⛴️ and bus 🚌 station taking to different destinations , and lots of restaurants and services and market around the hotel .. Also just walking into the back area and you’ll find very nice walkable roads with lots of cafes and restaurants and shops .. just few minutes away from the Moda tram as well.. Also close to that same area you can reach Tepe Nautilus AVM mall in 20 min walk through those market alleys , same mall where you can take Ayrilik Çeşmesi Marmary to different destinations. As for the language, the communication with the staff was very easy as they speak English very well .. So overall, the stay at this small cozy hotel was very very pleasant 😇

The reason I chose this hotel was for the spa, it's not there, the rooms were stuffy

Unfortunately this place isn’t what we were hoping it to be. The Deluxe room was a bit dingy with mold in the shower grout and the rug didn’t appear to be vacuumed. The hairdryer kept cutting out every 15-30 seconds and the breakfast was fare. The location is super convenient to the ferries & buses. It’s also in the computer district close to the main shopping/food- so the street is quieter but still close to everything.

Perfect wifi, amazing breakfast (really good fresh cooked omelette), comfy bed, a little noisy on the outside and could cause light sleepers to wake up
