Within a short walking distance of Rome’s main transport hub, you’ll be perfectly connected to the airports, metro lines, and the city’s main attractions.
Located on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. As soon as you step through the elegant entrance, you’ll be welcomed by bright, well-organized spaces. The beautiful parquet flooring in the bedrooms adds warmth and creates a refined yet homely atmosphere.
The living area is modern and stylish, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a smart TV, and air conditioning. It’s the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing, with direct access to a private balcony. The sleeping area includes a spacious and versatile bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, making it perfect for families or small groups. Tastefully furnished and equipped with a smart TV, air conditioning, and a second balcony, it ensures a restful stay in a serene and pleasant setting.
The kitchen is fully equipped and modern, offering everything you might need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining table is perfect for enjoying a relaxed breakfast or an intimate dinner.
The bathroom is functional and contemporary, fitted with a shower cabin and a washing machine, making it suitable even for longer stays.

From Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, you can easily reach Termini Station by train (from Fiumicino) or by bus (from Ciampino), and from there the apartment is just a 5-minute walk away.
On request, we also offer a convenient private transfer service from the airports, with a driver who will meet you directly at the arrivals gate and take you straight to the apartment.
For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.
Tourist Tax 6.00€ per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in.
