About this apartment rental
This large apartment is located on Via Milazzo, a short walk from Termini Station and a few minute walk from the Colosseum and the Spanish Steps, in the heart of the most charming areas of Rome. This spacious vacation apartment can accommodate up to 8 persons, has recently been renovated and is located on the ground floor of an elegant building dating back to the early XX century. It is comprised of a living room with a sofa, a large living room with a table for 10 people, a large suite with a double bedroom and living area with a sofa, a twin bedroom (2 singles), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and a second bathroom with a shower. It features air conditioning in all rooms, cable TV with a DVD player, stereo system, internet connection, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Its modern furnishing, high ceilings and excellent position to walk around the city center complete this apartment.

To start off the apartment was as advertised. Had lots of space, was clean, and had all of the amenities you'd want in an extended stay vacation rental.The only criticisms I would have are the check in process, the location, and some minor noise in the mornings, and the water.The check-in process wasn't clear up front, so when we arrirved at the property (slightly earlier than the check-in time) we didn't know who or what to look for, so we ended up getting contact information through the VRBO messages for a local employee/agent that was supposed to meet us and give us the keys to enter and exit the apartment. They then collected the occupancy tax witch wasn't included in the price paid up front so keep that in mind. The agent gave us lots of helpful information and recommendations for places to eat which was great. The second criticism is that the street directly in front of the entrance to the apartment is used as a sort of market, so each morning there are lots of stands and vendors setting up shop and selling things throughout the day, it was charming but a bit of a surprise as I didn't see this happening on any of the surrounding streets or blocks.This leads to the third criticism, there was a fair bit of noise in the mornings, likely from people coming and going, working, and setting up their shops, since the apartment is on the first floor, the noise was enough to wake us up in the morning.Lastly, the water pressure wasn't great and had limited hot water.

What a great spacious property & location, also so close to the Rome Termini, allows easy access to other areas of Italy if you want to travel by train. I will definitely recommend to fiends travelling to Rome.

We loved that there was enough room for 7 people.
The location was pretty close to all the major attractions. We were able to walk or take the subway/busses.
The apartament may need some reno work but overall was a good experience

The apartment was a great venue for our visit to Rome. More than enough space for a family of five and the check-in was really easy. Location is reasonable. The main station is really close so getting to the sites by public transport is easy. The area itself is OKish with a mix of restaurant types.
