The apartment was clean, safe, conveniently located near the termini, and roomy enough for our family of 4 with our two older kids. Marco was very friendly and met us promptly to give us the keys and an overview of the apartment and nearby restaurants and services. He also set up a car to pick us up at 5:30am on Sunday to take us to the airport. The apartment has new mini split heaters/AC units in every room that worked well for heat in February and I assume would provide excellent AC in the summer. The apt is on the top floor and is many steps to walk up but there is a small elevator that can take 2 people at a time or one person with all the bags. The street at night has restaurants with people dining street side and is pleasant. Bathroom is nice --- good shower with good water pressure.

This is a great apartment. It is a 10 min walk from the main train station and perfect if you need a home base to plan trips from. It is close to the bus and a nearby supermarket. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the nice restaurant next door ( good food great prices!) The pictures of the apt don’t really show its charm. First off everything is brand new and very clean. The apt is on the fifth floor but there is a lift. It was very quiet and would be suited to a family. The owner was very communicative and waited for me as my train was late getting in. The kitchen was well stocked.
