YCH-Montebello - Rooms

I really enjoyed my stay at Montebello Rooms. The location is excellent—only an eight-minute walk from Termini Station, with several nearby bus stops that provide easy access to different parts of the city. It is also conveniently close to major landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon area. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Montebello Rooms to anyone visiting Rome.

One thing that could be improved is the housekeeping service. During our stay, the floor became quite dirty, and there were no cleaning tools or products available for us to use. Providing basic cleaning supplies, such as a broom, mop, or floor cleaner, would make longer stays much more comfortable.

It’s in a great location for exploring Rome, not far from the train station. The manual for using the accommodation was very detailed, and I had no trouble following it. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Although the kitchen is shared, I had no trouble using it. There’s a large supermarket near the accommodation, which made it perfect for buying groceries and preparing meals.

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. La tele muy grande y la cama también muy cómoda y limpia. Tenía todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. No tuvimos ningún problema de ruido y el agua caliente funcionaba perfectamente. Las luces de la habitación que encendíamos por la noche eran muy agradables y creaban un ambiente muy acogedor.

El edificio muy antiguo y con sensación de inseguro. Me quedé un par de veces encerrada en el ascensor y fue un susto. La zona tiene un ambiente bastante raro y desagradable, también transmite inseguridad. Es necesario coger el autobús para llegar a cualquier sitio de interés. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado (en plena ola de calor con casi 40 grados) y al escribir al teléfono de atención al cliente del apartamento comentando el problema, no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta por su parte. Por suerte el aire se arregló solo al cabo de un día, pero de no ser así hubiera puesto una reclamación, ya que lo mínimo que podían hacer era responder a mis mensajes ofreciendo alguna solución al problema. Para 6 noches que nos quedamos, pusieron muy poco champú/gel y hubiésemos agradecido tener alguna toalla extra ya que son muchos días secándonos con las mismas toallas sin cambiarlas. A la habitación le hacía falta una manita de pintura.
