Situated halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, Les Ayguades with its natural landscape is highly appreciated for its calm, its pond and its large fine sandy beach.
The pond offers the possibility to practise many water sports and the calm waters means it's ideal for the beginners. Close to the seaside resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan (accessible by a cycle track) it is easy to enjoy of the cultural and sporting activities proposed by these towns.
2 room apartment with direct access to the beach. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Magnificent sea view. Reserved parking in residence with security gate. Swimming pool in the residence (swimming shorts prohibited). Up to 4 people. No pets allowed. No-smoking accommodation. No heating installation.
