About this house rental
Our vacation home is situated in a dream location right on the Etang des Ayguades in the “Les Lagunes du Soleil” resort. It faces west-east and is located directly on the lagoon beach. From the terrace and balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the lagoon. It’s a 5-minute walk along a shaded path to the kilometer-long, gently sloping sandy beach of the Mediterranean Sea. The vacation home (end-of-row house) has 3 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, a kitchen, 2 terraces, and a private parking space. The house is well-equipped.

Things to see around Gruissan: In Gruissan, in addition to the old village center, the unique Gruissan-Plage vacation home community—built on stilts—is worth seeing, as are the salt flats and the oyster farm. Many beautiful wineries in the area invite you to enjoy wine testings. In Sigean, there is a 300-hectare safari park and wildlife reserve, and Bages is an old fishing village on the Etang des Bages, home to flamingos. Particularly worth seeing in the region are the fortified city of Carcassonne and the Corbières countryside, the Côte Vermeille coastline, and especially the picturesque Collioure, as well as Perpignan with its Catalan atmosphere. Montpellier, Nîmes, Sète, the Pyrenees, and Aigues-Mortes are other highlights of the region.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Idyllic peaceful location looking out onto the lake and only a short walk from the beach and shops.
Apartment fully equipped with things needed to cook and helpful to have beach chairs and umbrellas as well.

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage direkt an der Lagune.
Wir waren zu fünft und es war ausreichend Platz für uns alle...denn das Wetter war leider nicht sehr schön und so haben wir eigentlich immer drinnen gegessen.
Schön eingerichtet, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und auch das zusammenpassende Geschirr hat uns sehr gefallen.
Wir waren schon in vielen verschiedenen Häusern in Gruissan, dieses ist eines der schönsten und am liebevollsten eingerichtet.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir - 5 Erwachsene mit Hund - verbrachten 2 herrliche Wochen in Gruissan und Umgebung.. Das Haus - Allgemeiner Zustand, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage, einfach alles - super. Auch Kontakte und Betreuung mt/durch den Vermieter hätten besser nicht sein können.Die 3 schon vorhandenen Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen und das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Schade, dass die nächsten Sommerferien schon ausgebucht sind.
