About this chalet rental
Typical accommodation of the beach of the chalets of Gruissan ideally located 150m from the beach at the level of the 10th row and 800m from the nearest shops (caterer, bakery, tobacconist/press, shops, etc.). Being located at the end of the beach of the chalets, the crowds are less compared to the first part of the beach (especially during the summer period).
The chalet is composed of 2 independent levels fully equipped for 6 people (extendable to 8 people).
The first floor (refurbished in 2021) has an air-conditioned main room opening onto a beautiful terrace of about 20m2 with a view of the Grazel pond and the sea. Also, the terrace gives, every evening, a breathtaking view of the sunset. Inside, there are 2 independent bedrooms (with 140x190 bed, cupboard and storage), a lounge area with a convertible corner sofa and a television, a large equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The first floor has a main room, an independent bedroom (bed 140x190), an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet.
Around the chalet it is possible to park 3 vehicles.

First floor: fridge with freezer, microwave, oven with gas stove, coffee maker (for coffee powder), barbecue.
Upstairs: fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, oven, electric hob, coffee maker (for Dolce Gusto capsule), kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, air conditioning, parasol, high chair for children.
The chalet is non-smoking. A deposit of 1000€ is required. Pets are not allowed.
The advertised price is for the entire chalet (first floor + floor) for a weekly reservation only, from Saturday to Saturday.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au chalet. Nous avons utilisé le premier étage, le logement est très bien équipé, belle déco et à deux pas de la plage. Il dispose d'une climatisation bien appréciée pendant notre séjour où les températures se sont envolées.
Le logement était propre. Le propriétaire du chalet à l'écoute.
Nous recommandons ce logement.
