Be charmed by this lovely 35 m² two-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and internet access, accommodating up to 6 people. Ideally located with direct access to Ayguades beach, parking, and a secure communal swimming pool, it's the perfect place for a carefree holiday!
The apartment features an open-plan kitchen/living area (with a double sofa bed and TV). There is one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 170 cm), and a second bedroom upstairs with bunk beds (140 cm + 90 cm). A shower room, toilet, and separate WC are also located upstairs.
A sunny loggia (south-facing) extends the living area and invites relaxation (with sun loungers), offering views of the sea and the Pyrenees.
Amenities include: TV, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, garden furniture, and sun loungers.
Don't forget your bikes! There are many cycling routes nearby, perfect for exploring our summer markets via the dedicated cycle paths. An excellent choice for your holiday in Gruissan!
