Equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob (4 burners), microwave oven, traditional oven, SENSEO electric coffee maker and coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, blender, croque-monsieur service, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner.... flat screen television 82 cm, TNT, decoder for foreign channels, INTERNET, garden with WEBER barbecue, deckchairs. Loan of cot, Mac Clarens stroller. A supervised communal swimming pool in the residence open from June to September.
The type 2 apartments (G4 and K2) are equipped with a bedroom plus a leather sofa bed in the living room and a sofa bed in the veranda, the type 3 apartments (G5 and K1) are equipped with 2 separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room.
The Littoral law has banned this style of construction on the beach for 20 years. We are aware of the privilege we have to be on the seafront. As the residence is closed by barriers and has only reserved parking spaces, people who do not live in the residence cannot enter it, hence a private beach for the people of the residence.
For the parents, it is very relaxing because no more screaming or crying to go to the beach. In the morning, the little ones who get up early can be installed on the sand, in front of the gate giving access to the beach with bucket and shovel, while the parents have lunch on the terrace and the teenagers continue to sleep.
During the nap no need to wait for the little ones to wake up from the nap to go to the beach, teenagers or other parents can go
