Just 30 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary racetrack, and 20 km from Alençon and the Perche region, the Ô Fil de l'eau gîte offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay in the heart of a quiet village. Located beside a small stream, serenity is guaranteed.
Tastefully decorated and comfortable. On the ground floor: a large living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Separate lounge. Separate WC.
One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), shower room and WC, and kitchenette in a studio located adjacent to the gîte (accessible via an external entrance).
Upstairs: One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own private shower room (shower, sink, and WC).
One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm) and its own private shower room (shower, sink, and WC).
