Stone Cottage- Double Suite with Hot Tub

Looking for an economic, yet cozy place to rest for the night while traveling along the interstate or visiting local towns? This charming stone cottage with separate upstairs suite and floor level suite is an ideal destination conveniently situated 4 miles from exit 45 on I-80, and one mile from quaint Foxburg and the Allegheny River! Things to note about our property: 1)we are in the country and the property has a nice yard but the main house on the property where the permanent resident lives is about 20 yards from the cottage and we do have neighbors across the street. This is not a private cottage tucked away in the woods. -you are free to enjoy the hot tub! It is located right next to the main house and is shared with the resident. The resident aims to let guests have full use of the hot tub during their stay, but we ask guests to be mindful of the fact that it is a shared amenity. 3) The upper and lower suites are in the same cottage but not connected inside. The only access to the upper suite is via the stairs outside.
