This recently renovated and updated Pelican Watch, beachfront villa overlooks a wide uncrowded beach in the gated resort of Seabrook Island and includes Amenity Cards. A beautiful unhurried island including activites, natural beauty and great amenities. Enjoy the sun kissed days of ocean fun while watching the wild life of the area including the dolphins, pelicans and shore birds. Relax on the back deck in the evenings from your unobstructed views of the ocean with our new pub table and chairs while checking out spectacular sunsets. And at the end of the day, curl up for a peaceful night’s sleep on our new memory foam king size bed or our new memory foam queen size pullout couch. Freshen up in our 2 full baths. Maximum number of guests is 4.
We provide high speed internet and cable. A brand new 55” 4K TV,, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs and a guarantee of many wonderful memories made here.
There are 2 championship golf courses: Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds by Robert Trent Jones, a racquet center with 15 Har-Tru composition tennis courts and a staff that will help arrange matches and offer first class instruction. And now two new Pickle ball courts for enthusiasts of the world’s fastest growing game.
The property has three outdoor swimming pools and a sun deck on the ocean.
If you are hungry there is a beach front dining at the pool beach club, a casual grill in the club house or the elegant dining room in the club house. All within walking distance.
A beautiful fitness center, well equipped and even offers an indoor pool, is a bike ride or short drive from our unit.
Activities for kids includes volleyball, basketball and a playground, all outdoors.

Historic Charleston is only 35 minutes away, with all it has to offer as far as culture, entertainment, history and restaurants.

We had an amazing time! The villa had everything we needed for a long weekend away from cares and responsibilities. The sunset views from the deck were a great way to wind down after exploring local beaches. If you are looking for tranquil and serene after a day of adventure, I highly recommend!

We travelled to Seabrook Island for a family wedding. The location was perfect. Easy access to the shore and unbelievable ocean views. Close enough to the country club to walk the ceremony and enjoy the club amenities.

Ron & Diane are great hosts. The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great. Watching the sunset over the water was breathtaking. Our kids enjoyed the beach too. We rode our bikes to the heated pool and had lunch ocean front. We saw deer, bald eagles, and dolphins. The tennis and pickleball at Seabrook was also top notch. We will definitely be back!

It was a perfect place for us and our dog. Overall it was quiet most of the time. The view was spectacular with dolphins and dark skies for stargazing. The beach was a short walk from the unit and our dog loved walking the beach, we did keep her leashed while on the beach.The restaurants within the resort served great food and the service was excellent. Ron and Diane our hosts were easy to reach, notified us of an incoming storm, we knew they were there if anything was needed.We will keep this on our list for return.
