Location. Visited family close by. Have stayed in Pelican Watch several times previously.
The mirror in the half bath was leaned against the wall in the hallway. Screen door to the outside deck facing the ocean was off its track and bent. It was severe enough not to be functional. Pull out sofa in living area was uncomfortable to sit. Unit had musty smell and fans were running when we entered.
