Seabrook Island Guest registration form is required and emailed to guest for additional info and electronic signature. Amenity Cards must be linked to credit card as no cash is accepted at pools, restaurants, etc. We accept up to 2 dogs (only) who weigh less than 35 pounds each. Pet cleaning fee is $175 per pet, no exception for service animal. Call if your dog(s) weigh(s) more or are specially trained for permission. No parties. No smoking of any kind. Must be 24 years old to rent. All rentals are subject to $175 cleaning fee, $75 resort fee and $40 parking pass. SC hospitality tax rate is 13%. Refunds are limited to 96.4% of payments actually received and sent via check at end of month.

This was a wonderful location; the fun part was that it lived up to its name--we really loved watching the pelicans! Our host, Mary, was very patient with our questions and prompt to respond! We don't have a pet and we didn't use the pool. We certainly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.

The property was sparkling clean when we arrived. It has a lovely balcony directly facing the beach. We didn’t end up bringing our dog but love that the hosts welcome furry friends.
