Our 1315 Pelican Watch Villas at Seabrook Island is ON THE BEACH at the Atlantic Ocean complete with sunsets and ocean breezes. There is no other BEACH FRONT villa at Seabrook Island like this 1st floor condo with covered deck. Sleeps 4 plus 2 babies under 2 years old. License #25-000111.
Our calendar is ALWAYS up to date. FREE DIGITAL AMENITY CARDS with access to Seabrook Island's private club, all beaches, 3 beach and lakeside pools, 3 restaurants, docks and shops, 2 golf courses and country club, library, equestrian center, and tennis courts. Indoor pool and gym fee -$15/daily pass. Sparkling clean for the most discriminating guests! Dogs, only. $175 fee per pet up to 35 lbs. Call if more. Seabrook Island charges one-time fees of $40 for a gate pass/parking and $75 resort charge. These fees plus tax will be added to your final payment and are in addition to your VRBO quoted price.

Open the glass sliding door to catch the gentle ocean breezes. Breakfast is on the deck with your umbrella, patio table and chairs. Put our 4 beach chairs near the water on the sugar white sand as you read your novel, sip your drinks and lather with suntan lotion. Enjoy your privacy. Go to the pools tomorrow. Tennis and Golf are later in the week! Dinner is easy at the Clubhouse or at several gourmet island restaurants outside the guardhouse. Charleston beckons! If you are looking for grocery shopping, Freshfields Village is a short 4 mile drive complete with dining, shops, and entertainment. At night, you turn the lights out for the sea turtles. Head down the hall to your private room. You've got your own dreams to make on a comfy king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, twin chair & half bed or twin ottoman bed & queen all night air mattress! We take reservations on a first come, first serve basis and we fill up fast! We always work to re-rent your dates for emergency cancellations and encourage trip insurance! Mary was so welcoming and kind! Any help I needed, she made sure I got it. The view was spectacular and the house was well maintained and updated! She had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs and extra fuzzy blankets! We will definitely be booking here again!
