Get away to this first floor condo on the beach in a quiet, gated residential island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. Relax on the deck of your restful villa while you watch dolphins frolic, pelicans dive, and shrimp and sail boats glide down the Edisto River. Enjoy the panoramic view over miles of water with spectacular sunsets or leisurely walks on the private, uncrowded 3-mile long beach.

Relaxing in the comfortably furnished living room while enjoying water views through the sliding doors. Enjoy conversation with your family and friends or watching your favorite show or movie on the large HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra guests. Step onto to the covered, private deck each evening with a cool drink and watch they sky turn bright red and orange as the sun sets over the water. Take the stairs off the deck and follow the boardwalk to quiet Pelican Beach. Sit on the beach while the kids play in the gently lapping waves.

The kitchen is open to the living area and features white cabinetry, tile flooring, granite countertops and a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower - Great if you have extra guests. Continue down the hall to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king size bed, wall mounted HDTV, desk, and adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
