The location and view were awesome. The property was beachfront and the beach was great.

The door to the patio was horrible, it was basically dysfunctional and took a ton of effort to get it opened or closed. The garbage disposal didn’t work. The couch was dirty and the carpets had a ton of stains. The bathrooms were very outdated. Was overpriced for the quality of the condo, the condition of the apartment was neglected.
