This first floor, end unit Pelican Watch Villa is perfectly located on Seabrook Island. Featuring one of the best panoramic views of Seabrook Island's gorgeous waterfront landscape, it also offers all the comforts of home. Step off the deck to the boardwalk leading to Pelican Beach. You will relax the minute you arrive at this lovely home.
The open living area is brightened by the sun that streams through the large windows and doors. Settle into the comfortable sofa and chair and enjoy a show or movie on the HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a bed to accommodate extra guests. Dine around the table that seats four while savoring the view of the water. The open kitchen ensures that even the chef can see the water's reflection. Kitchen highlights include Corian countertops, white cabinetry, and a washer/dryer tucked in the laundry closet.
Off the hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Continue down the hall to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and adjoining full bath with a tub/shower.
Up to (2) dogs are welcome! Additional pet fee(s) to apply per pet.
Extras in the villa include wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels)
* As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

This is a very clean and nicely updated unit with a fabulous view. Nice & bright. Enjoy walking on the beach and seeing the dolphins!

This property was awesome and exactly as advertised! The unit was extret clean, putting us at ease during this Covid period. The location is great. Steps from the beach. Awesome views from living room and kitchen and outside deck was great to watch sunsets and dolphins in the water. Felt very private on even though in a building with four units. The layout of the unit contributed to the privacy.Overall, this island was relaxed and peaceful. We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!
