Catch the beach vibe in this spacious Spinnaker that makes it so easy to relax and enjoy your Seabrook Island vacation. Walk out the door and you re practically on the beach. You ll love the easy access to Seabrook 3 miles of pristine beach, with a short walk to the Club and pools. Two spacious bedrooms each have deck access for your lounging pleasure or coffee break. The master bedroom is on the second level and has a King bed with en suite bath with separate vanity. The second bedroom om the first floor has 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, and access to the full hall bath. A large deck provides wonderful outdoor living space for dining and unwinding.
The open floor plan means everyone is included in the fun. The large expanse of picture windows brings the beauty of outside in to enjoy. There is a queen sized pull out sofa for additional sleeping. A dining table for 6 is adjacent to the family area and fully stocked kitchen. You will appreciate the efficiency and comfort of this gracious townhome.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements:
SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Great place! Clean and comfortable.The kitchen had all the items needed to prepare meals during our stay. Easy walk to boardwalk 9. Great response from host. Would stay here again.

This condo is in a great location with beach access and bike ride to the pool! Plenty of room to relax and feel at home while away.We rented bikes and enjoyed the pool. With included amenities, it’s easy to not leave the property except for groceries. Be sure to check out the hours of restaurants and plan ahead for busy times.

This condo was so lovely and perfect for our family of 3 plus our dog. Amazing location and even better in person than the pictures. We will absolutely try and stay here again!The screened in porch was my favorite for having our meals. The window blinds were a bit dated/clunky.

The home at Seabrook Island of Coastal Getaways of SC is an inviting community that you absolutely need to visit with your family and friends. We feel in love with Island and we will be back. The comes with many amenities and three beds are comfortable. If you are wanting some ice cream, go check out “Beaches and Cream” @ The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
