768 Spinnaker Beach House is a fabulous home for your family vacation. Located just steps form Pelican Beach and a short walk to the Seabrook Island Club's championship golf courses, Beach Club pools, and fine restaurants, you will love how convenient it is to so many amenities.
This villa is on a quiet cul de sac across the street from Pelican Beach. Enter across the outdoor deck with a table for six and gas grill for barbecuing. In the home, hardwood floors, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of windows framing a large oak tree greet you. Bright and welcoming, the living area has new furnishings. Watch your favorite shows or the big game on the Premium 75" wall mounted Samsung OLED TV. Step to the dining area where you can share stories from your day around the table for six. In both the living and dining areas the views of the mature Live Oak trees draped in moss can be seen from the floor to ceiling windows. There is additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen features custom blue cabinets, a tile floor, & stainless appliances. A pantry, quartz counters, and well stocked cabinets make it easy to prepare meals. Down the hall is a full bath with a shower/tub. It sits convenient to the first floor bedroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and day bed allowing three to sleep comfortably. Sliding doors lead to the large sun deck.
Head upstairs to the master bedroom. This large retreat has a king bed, large wall mounted Smart TV, work desk with monitor, a sun deck, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large glass enclosed walk-in shower. The separate vanity area has a granite topped cherry vanity. There is plenty of storage in the large closet. Catch some of the sun's rays or listen to the ocean while sipping your coffee and relaxing on this peaceful deck.
The main deck of the villa has a table for six. The perfect spot for dining under the stars! There is also a Weber gas grill for your use.
This villa is pet friendly for up to one dog with required additional pet fee
This is a great villa for golfers, families, or if you are attending a wedding on the Island.
IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.
* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

Loved this condo and one of the things I have to say is unlike a lot of rentals the furnishing in this house are so nice. From comfy beds, to a decent set of kitchen cutlery. I feel like I never know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. This is a super convenient location to the beach boardwalk and the main beach club.

Wonderful place to stay for our 2 week vacation! Loved the short walk to the beach. Unit was beautifully decorated, well stocked and even had beach wagon/sand toys for the kids. We will definitely book again!

Great place to stay and a perfect location! The walk to the beach and pool is easy. The place is clean and well equipped for dinners at home. We enjoyed our stay!
