About this villa rental
Walk next door to Golf Pro Shop and across the street to Beach Club and Pools. Newly-decorated villa including all new baths, granite countertops, full kitchen and full dining room. The unit has a spacious shaded deck overlooking number ten tee for relaxing and entertaining after golf or a day at the beach. The deck features a bar and a cafe-style table with adequate seating for eight to nine guests. The Master Bedroom features a King-sized bed and brand new private bath. The suite has a large walk-in tile shower in the bathroom with an additional dressing vanity. The second suite offers a Queen-sized bed with a tub/shower combination adjacent to the dressing vanity and bedroom. There are three new HD TVs as well as a stereo CD player in the living room along with free WiFi and Cable Services. A queen-sized sleeper sofa with built-in aero-mattress is available in the living room for additional sleeping. The unit is child and pet-friendly.

The host responded quickly to our check-in question. This is a great location with an ocean view. This is our favorite condo which we have stayed twice for a week each time. We totally enjoyed our stay!

Only issue was with the often confusing communication coming from VRBO, SymLiv, and Seabrook Island Club.Would be great if there was only one conduit to communicate.

We felt we had to wash the covers on the bed, they had stains all over. Needs a good cleaning, no broom available to sweep the floor. Also the elevator was out a week before we arrived and it was still out when we arrived. Had to carry everything up two flights of stairs. Would have been nice to know with the option to cancel. Luckily we are healthy and it was no problem. But we did see an older couple that could not do stairs.
