Ground level contains a private, heated saltwater pool that contains a tanning ledge to suntan amongst the beautiful landscape. There is also a propane grill available so you can make amazing meals at home.
This level also includes the outdoor covered patio with conversation set, as well as the garage stocked with beach essentials for the ultimate vacation.
Second level has a fully stocked kitchen with dual Keurig/Pot Coffeemaker, toaster, blender, mixer, microwave, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island with stools, and quartz countertops. The dining room contains seating for 8 so you can make memories with family and friends. The living room is fully accessible from the kitchen/dining area and contains a TV, living room set with sleeper sofa, as well as balcony access.
Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, TV, and connecting access to the main floor bathroom.
Bathroom #1 has a single vanity sink and walk in shower.
Third level contains Bedroom #2, which is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite (bathroom #2) with walk in shower and dual vanities. Hair dryers are included, as well as personal products of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for all bathrooms. The master bedroom also contains access to the 3rd floor wrap around balcony to watch those beautiful morning sunrises.
Bedroom #3 contains a queen bed with TV and balcony access. You can catch glimpses of the Gulf from the bedroom window and balcony.
Bathroom #3 has hallway access and contains a shower/bathtub combination with dual vanities.
Bedroom #4 contains two twin beds with TV and balcony access.
Laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
Important Information:
1. We do not allow parties, or events, of ANY kind. This is a firm policy.
2. There is no smoking/vaping permitted inside the vacation home, or on the property. Absolutely, no illegal drug use on the premises. If housekeeping reports a violation of the smoking policy, a cleaning fee will be charged up to $500 to remediate the home.
3. No pets.
4. IRB has strict noise ordinances that must be followed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. These will be enforced by both the property owners and IRB municipalities.
5. Renters must be 25 to rent the unit.
6. Parking is in the private parking lot in front of the garage. There are 2 spots available.
7. Entry is by keypad with code to be assigned upon check in.
8. Toiletries: this unit comes with garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent. Additionally, all bedlinens, beach towels, and bath towels are plentiful and provided as well.
