This expansive property is uniquely designed to accommodate large groups of up to 16 guests comfortably. The house is divided into two separate living units—upstairs and downstairs—giving you plenty of space to spread out.
Two Full Kitchens & Living Areas: Both the upstairs and downstairs units feature their own fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room.
Sleeping Arrangements: Each level hosts 3 bedrooms (6 total) and plenty of bathrooms (5 total).
Entertainment Everywhere: Every bedroom comes equipped with a TV featuring cable (sports package included) and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Awesome house and loved being right on the beach. Only issue was upstairs being very warm and driveway so narrow. Leaving out of driveway, the view one way was obscured by fencing and some large painted object. We pulled out and to avoid a hit we turned too sharp too fast and tae fire hydrant on the other side of driveway ripped a hole through our passenger door.Other than that, yes, I would definitely come back…loved the location and the home! Our family made wonderful memories!

Just as listed on the app plenty of rooms and beds and lounging areas inside the house full equipped kitchen and bathrooms. What we love most about the location of this was the direct gulf view beach access. There are beach towels and chairs, beach l toys, noodles to float with, and there was a beach umbrella there as well. We also bought one and left it at the unit along with some boogie boards. We were flying so we couldn’t take those back, but we had a great time!

Property is right on the beach.
Beautiful sunsets. Water was cool and clear. Perfect beach for younger children as it was shallow and calm.
Spacious as it can sleep 16 people as advertised. Perfect for large families.
However, house was very dated and could use an upgrade. Still has carpet. Had that old salty air smell. Main house with Master bath had slow drain and plumbing issues but upstairs loft had great water pressure.
Need a new barbecue gas grill. Very deteriorated.
Need a large blue recycle bin
Careful for noseeums at dusk!!!!
Host Andrew was amazing as he was willing to make a special accommodation for our family pet. Luckily found a dog sitter. No dogs allowed on beach.
Overall we had a great time as we spent most time outdoors and on the beach.
Indian Rock rocks!
