Welcome to Bikini Beachhouse by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes! This highly desired pool home is just a two-minute stroll from the beach, with some views of the water. Situated on Indian Rocks Beach, this property offers a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It's divided into two living areas and two kitchens—ideal for large families. Each level has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The master bedrooms feature king-sized beds and stylish, modern bathrooms. Middle rooms have full-over-queen bunks, and the third bedrooms have queen beds. All rooms include smart TVs, and each living room features a sleeper sofa. Perfect for a memorable family getaway!

Need to know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests, but we do not guarantee what will be there. We will always supply a wagon
-If the booking person is between ages 18-25, we will request a REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera on the north east corner facing the driveway, another is on the south west corner facing the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per dog
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

We loved this house! It was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was great and it’s very close the beach. There is also a great coffee and breakfast place within a 2 minute walk as well as a dive bar with excellent food. One thing to know, there are 6 bedrooms but you can’t get up and downstairs from the inside, you need to take the stairs outside to get to the different levels. Not a big deal, and kind of nice for some more privacy, but something to note.

Absolutely loved this house for our large family beach vacation. The outdoors main area was a great gathering place with large tables and plenty of chairs, a large screen tv for enjoying ballgames or movies and nice lounge chairs around the oversized amazing pool. Large fire pit area and the outdoor shower was a bonus! Each family had their own private space with the two floors being identical then we would come together for fun on the ground floor area. Very clean. Wonderful host-easy to reach and very easy rental process. The layout of the living quarters is exceptional. Five minute walk to our new favorite beach! We swam with dolphins everyday and enjoyed a wide variety of birds. A variety of yummy baked foods, great coffee and delicious lunch selections at the Cafe de Paris which is a three minute walk and other great restaurants in walking distance. Before booking, keep in mind that this is in a residential area with families and individuals working from home. If you are a loud fun party group you may want to consider a different home. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We were a little loud playing volleyball in the pool and disturbed a gentleman living next door that was on an important conference call. We will definitely be booking again!!! Score 12 out of 10!!!

Bikini beachhouse was perfect for our family-10 adults and 6 kids. We loved the pool and all the pool/beach toys that were available—and we loved how close the beach was—easy walk! Also having 2 full kitchens was awesome!! So many little extra details were provided and appreciated!! Couches needed some cleaning-but to be expected at a beachhouse. Overall we had a great time and hope to be back in the near future!
