Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive access to both Unit A and Unit B—including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.



The outdoor areas are all yours to enjoy, including both hot tubs , covered lounge nooks , BBQ grills , and the putting green



Free parking is available on the property



The Neighborhood:

Indian Rocks Beach is a small, residential Gulf Coast community — unhurried, neighborly & refreshingly unpretentious. Please respect quiet hours in the evenings and follow local community guidelines.



Getting Around:

The beach is just a 1-minute walk



The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Boulevard, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, John’s Pass, Madeira Beach, and St. Pete Beach for just a few dollars



For spots like the Aquarium, Dalí Museum, and Tampa, a car is recommended—all within a 30–45 minute drive

IThis property is a duplex, and this listing is for Unit A—your private space for a fully exclusive indoor stay.



You’ll also have your own hot tub, outdoor TV, BBQ grill, and porch to relax and unwind



Sea turtle nesting season runs May through October. If you notice nesting activity, please admire from a distance—protecting this beach is part of what makes it so special.



For everyone’s protection, we require either a small non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit at booking.
