The apartment comprises:
- a living room with an armchair making a single bed, a pull-out sofa bed with 2 mattresses for 2 single beds
- television, a DVD player, a private Internet Box Free WiFi
- a dining area and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, classic coffee maker and Tassimo, toaster, kettle, teapot, combined microwave/grill/gratin oven, food processor, complete crockery for cooking and serving, small grocery store as well as sponge and cleaning products available....)
- a separate bedroom with large double bed 160x200cm, large wardrobe-cupboard
- a bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer, towel dryer, toilet
- storage space with mobile laundry dryer, garment steamer; garden table and chairs, deckchairs, parasol...
The apartment has books and games for children and adults
- Free private parking at the residence subject to availability,
- Laundromat for a fee within the residence (washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron).
- The common facilities such as the swimming pool, hammam, sauna, gym, children's and teenagers' playroom are open all year round (except technical or regulatory constraints).
- Other common facilities such as parking, table tennis, laundry are always open.
- Check-in and check-out 5pm-10am (early arrival or late check-out possible on request subject to availability and with supplement).
- Linen included for stays of at least 4 nights.
Stays of less than 4 nights:
single bed at €15.00;
double bed at €25.00.
Included: bed linen, bath towel, bath mat, dish towel included.
- End-of-stay cleaning package to be requested, under conditions (empty bins as well as dishwasher, accommodation fully tidied up and cleaned of excess cleaning by the traveller) flat rate at €50 for up to 4 nights then €5 per additional night.
- Maximum 1 small or medium-sized dog to be specified, very clean and well-behaved dog, in a basket, not climbing on the furniture (sofas, beds etc) and not going to the rooms, with an extra charge of 25€/1 night then 5€ per night.
- On request with supplement depending on the length of stay: calssic or electric bikes and corresponding items...; childcare items (cot, high chair, booster seat, stroller...), transport...
PAYMENT OF SUPPLEMENTS: if payment on the site, count an additional 10% for the costs related to the site.
