House of 100 m2 fitted to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has an outside of 50m2 not overlooked, trees and landscaped and a private garage in the basement.
House on 2 levels, fully equipped with new furniture (August 2018) with a pleasant private courtyard equipped with chiliennes and deckchairs, tables and chairs and an electric griddle.
Private garage for a car in the basement.
Concierge service included.

- large living room through very bright thanks to its large windows overlooking the courtyard.
- Independent equipped kitchen

Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160 X 200, 2 beds 90 X 190, 2 beds 80 x 200 convertible into 1 bed 160 X 200)

Maison idéalement située dans le village à 3 mn du port mais dans un quartier particulièrement calme. La maison est très bien équipée avec des volumes généreux et lumineux. Le gros plus c’est le petit jardin terrasse qui nous a permis de vivre à l’extérieur du matin au soir. Certain trouve le garage étroit mais notre ami y a rentré sa voiture qui est une Volvo break.
Nous notons l’adresse et comptons bien y revenir

Maison ravissante et très confortable, un bémol pour le réseau, compliqué de communiquer à l’intérieur
Impossible d’utiliser le garage pour un véhicule gros gabarit, prévoir parking public
Très bonne réactivité de la propriétaire en revanche pour trouver une solution
Service de conciergerie efficace et très appréciable pour l’arrivée dans la maison

Très bon séjour, seul point négatif remise des clés avec très peu de renseignements ( parking, poubelle etc ..) mais ce qui n’empêche pas de passer une bonne semaine .
