House ideally located within the walls in a residential area in the heart of Saint Martin de Ré,
close to all the shops and the harbor. Everything is done on foot. Absolute tranquility. Bright with all amenities. A walled garden with terrace and barbecue.
A reserved parking space inside the Clos des Charitains, itself located off the street (child safety)
200 m from shops, the port and 10 minutes from the beach of
St Martin of D.

This is a lovely house in a peaceful part of St Martin. Comfortable beds. Although spacious it was felt cosy. The administration lacked organisation the main problem being communication. The website states that English is spoken however all correspondence was in French, this lead to some difficulties. The main being no mention of a sizeable deposit until arrival and 140 euros for linen and towels for a week. This may have been in the contract but none was received. However this did not spoil a relaxing holiday.
