Stay in the heart of the Île de Ré in this charming family home located in Bois-Plage-en-Ré, just a few minutes from beaches and shops. Welcoming and bright, it offers a peaceful setting for relaxing seaside holidays, with family or friends. Fully enjoy the sweetness of Ré between long bike rides, typical markets and lazy days on the sand.
On the outside, enjoy a charming enclosed garden, furnished with garden furniture for your moments of relaxation in the open air. Take time to read, sunbathe or share a barbecue thanks to the equipment provided for this purpose.
Upon entering the house, you discover a pleasant, welcoming living space designed for your moments of sharing. The lounge awaits you with its comfortable sofa, round dining table and television so you can relax after a day of activities, watch a film, enjoy an aperitif or a tasty meal with your loved ones.
The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare delicious dishes: induction hobs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle… everything is there for a hassle-free stay.
The main bedroom area comprises a welcoming bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A second bedroom, with a single bed (80x190), will be perfect for a child. For your comfort, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer is located nearby, as well as a separate toilet.
Attached to the house, a fully fitted annex offers a very valuable additional space: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a small TV lounge, an independent kitchenette as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Ideal for preserving everyone's privacy!
For added convenience, the house also has a travel cot, a washing machine, an iron and some toys for children. The garden will allow you to store up to 5 bicycles as well as park 2 cars.
