About this apartment rental

Bright, fully equipped 1-bedroom apartment with bedsofa and a large outdoor yard near Balluta Bayideal for 4 guests with a double bedroom and sofa bed. This modern flat (managed by MINK Homes) offers easy access to Malta’s top beaches and nightlife, featuring self-check-in via keybox and a 24-hour support line.

This ground floor apartment is forming part of a residential block but has its own entrance. Please note that one has to walk down 10 meters from the street level on a side pavement that is a bit steep to reach the apartment door. Therefore we do not recommend this apartment for persons with walking difficulties.

The layout is in the form of an open living/dining and kitchen area with a bedsofa for 2 persons and another sofa for a comfortable environment for socializing or to watch tv.

The kitchen is fully equiped with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses etc., a gas stove with electric oven, a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster and a fridge/freezer.

From the living/dining and kitchen area there is a small hallway leading to a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with access to the back yard equipped with a dining table and chairs and a decent sized sunshade for outdoor entertainment and a washing machine concealed in a storage area.

Other essentials such as cleaning products, iron & board, drying rack, hairdryer are also in the apartment. The apartment have ACs for heating and cooling of the apartment and black-out curtains for optimal sleeping comfort and bedlinen, duvets and a set of towels per guest.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout their stay.

We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We can allow you to leave luggage while the cleaning staff is getting the apartment ready. As soon as the apartment we will send you the code for the keybox to check-in. We cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in

This property is managed by MINK Homes. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. As well as, how to get to the apartment via different modes of transport, nearby shops with opening hours etc.

Each guest is given a clean set of a shower towel and face towel and bedlinen. Please note that we do not iron the laundry. In the winter months guests are provided with duvets and duvet covers.

The property will be stocked with:
- 2 toilet rolls per toilet
- 1 bottle of Washing liquid for dishes
- 1 kitchen sponge
- 1 kitchen sponge cloth
- 2 tablets for dishwasher (if dishwasher is available)
- 1 tablets for washing machine or bottle
- 1 bottle of hand soap
- 1 cleaning cloth

Please note that cleaning fee includes the cleaning, stocking and supply of clean bedlinen and towels and garbage collection. This means that guests are offered the apartment in a clean state with fresh bedlinen, towels and the above mentioned stocking of the apartment. Guests can book additional cleaning, fresh bedlinen and towels and garbage collection and re-stocking of the apartment during their stay at an additional cleaning fee.
Please take notice of our house rules to safeguard the wellbeing of the property and the neighborhood. We do not intend to issue fines and our aim is to guide you and make every rule and regulation as clear as possible to avoid misunderstandings. • No Parties & Noise: Keep voices low in common areas. The property has a noise and air quality (can detect cigarette smell) monitor. Turning it off or removing it results in a €200 fine. Loud guests will be warned first; repeated noise will incur fines and possible lease termination and eviction. • No Smoking: Smoking inside the property or common areas is prohibited. Ignoring this results in a €200 fine. • Registered Guests Only: All guests must be registered online. No unregistered guests are allowed, and bringing them in may end your stay immediately and incur a €200 fine. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Bringing one may lead to immediate lease termination, eviction and fines. • Garbage: Separate waste and follow collection schedules. Improper disposal can result in a €150 fine per bag. Garbage can be left inside if you`re unsure which we will take care of upon checkout. • Don’t move furniture: Other than chairs, do not move furniture. This can cause damage to the floors and furniture and, cause a noise disturbance to the neighbors • Take care of keys; losing them costs €25 plus key replacement. • Check-Out Time: Please leave by 10 AM. Late departures cost €75/hour and could delay the next guests’ arrival. If the cleaning staff cannot prepare the property in time due to your delayed checkout, potential cancellations and/or reimbursement costs will be invoiced to you. • Take care of the property and linen/towels: Don’t stain the towels and bedlinen. Shower before using them to avoid leaving stains from lotions and sunscreen. Any damages will be reported and invoiced.
