Skvělá lokalita blízko moře a mimo rušné ulice. V blízkosti supermarket, zastávky autobusu. Velký byt s veškerou výbavou. Velmi čisté, pohodlné a splnilo naše očekávání. Velmi dobrá komunikace.

The room exceeded our expectations! And the air conditioning was fantastic and worked well.
The kitchen was a bit disappointing. There was a strange smell coming from it. We found the dishwasher and refrigerator smelly. Consequently, we found the cutlery and plates smelly as well. There was also a lot of noise in the morning due to construction going on opposite the apartment. This really bothered us, and we weren't aware of it!

Die Lage ist super 2 Häuserreihen an der Balutta Bay gelegen. Die Wohnung ist groß.
Die Wohnung hat in etwa das Niveau einer Sozialwohnung in Berlin Marzahn mit 15 Jahren Renovierungstau.
Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, Dreck und Müll hinter den Vorhängen, Schimmelieges Silikon an der Spüle, wackelige Spülmaschine, abgeranzte Möbel - und was vielleicht am meisten frustriert: dass die Bilder stark nachbearbeitet sind.
Da ist es schon fast zu vernachlässigen, dass zu wenig Besteck vorhanden ist und das Internet nur im Wohnzimmer und dem ersten Schlafzimmer funktioniert .
