Proximité du centre. Possibilité de déposer les valises avant l'heure de check in. Appartement spacieux et confortable. Chauffage d'appoint efficace dans la salle de bain. Les hôtes avaient tenu compte des précédents commentaires négatifs (déshumidificateur)
Il manquait des bricoles comme un torchon de vaisselle et une quantité de papier WC suffisante. La quantité de papier était annoncée avant mais il est dommage de devoir acheter un pack parce qu'il manque un rouleau pour le séjour. Il serait appréciable d'avoir une quantité adaptée à la durée et au nombre d'hôtes. Et les travaux bien qu'annoncés commençaient plus tôt que le règlement de la résidence.

Die Lage ist super 2 Häuserreihen an der Balutta Bay gelegen. Die Wohnung ist groß.
Die Wohnung hat in etwa das Niveau einer Sozialwohnung in Berlin Marzahn mit 15 Jahren Renovierungstau. Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, Dreck und Müll hinter den Vorhängen, Schimmelieges Silikon an der Spüle, wackelige Spülmaschine, abgeranzte Möbel - und was vielleicht am meisten frustriert: dass die Bilder stark nachbearbeitet sind. Da ist es schon fast zu vernachlässigen, dass zu wenig Besteck vorhanden ist und das Internet nur im Wohnzimmer und dem ersten Schlafzimmer funktioniert .
