Apartment is great, clean and on great location (2 minites walk to the bus station, beach, supermarket and many restorants). Comunication with the management is easy and very good. Apartment has everything you need for short or longer holiday. Everything was perfect.

An inexpensive, clean and spacy apartment with a good, central location. All basic facilities are there.
The property owner was quite unfriendly (the facility manager was nice and helpful but he had to abide to the owner's rules). The facilities were kept to a bare minimum - e.g. no way to turn on the air conditioning (although it was there). We got some electric heaters for the colder nights instead. No vacuum cleaner but a broom instead. The building had a washing machine but it was way too expensive to use it. A quite old gas oven. The house design is such that noise from the neighbors propagates freely to some of the bedrooms - it was not every night but when the neighbors had parties, it was really loud.
