Nära till allt och med en fantastisk utsikt. Kollektivtrafik gick nära ifrån och när den inte räckte till kunde taxi hämta en precis utanför. Nära till matbutik vilket var bra då köket kunde användas för att laga mat. Mycket fin utsikt och välstädat. Personalen var hjälpsam.

Sängkläderna skulle kunna få sig en uppdatering. Fanns också väldigt mycket lappar med regler och varningar om böter som kanske skulle kunnat göras tydligare innan vi kom dit. I tre dagar uppstod också en konflikt ute i trapphuset samt gatan och en dam skrek högt och vi kände oss lite osäkra. Men överlag jättebra.

We paid over 2000 euro for the week but we had no washing machine, the oven would not work and when I emailed for information on getting it to work I was told it was not a hotel with 24/7 support and the next day I was told no-one else ever had an issue but the building manager called with a box of matches and told us the starter was not working, again a simple set of instructions would have explained all of this and there should be a box of matches available if they are needed to get the oven working. The place was tired with threadbare washed out sheets with holes in some and there was one four seater sofa and no other comfortable chairs in the living room. Overall this was very expensive for what was offered and noise was an issue with younger groups at the weekend - maybe they are targeting this audience rather than families as there are six single beds but for us this was disappointing and communication lacked any customer service. The day we left, checkout was ten and we were leaving at 10.10 when cleaners arrived and I got this message at 10.18 when we had already left - "Check out was 10am you need to leave". Along with the communication around the over this represented very poor customer service. Overall this was a disappointing experience and accommodation for us as a family of six
