The ground-floor residence features a fully remodeled kitchen that is stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, and features all-new appliances, cabinetry, and countertops. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave.

The studio residence has a kitchenette that is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Appliances include a mini-fridge, microwave, and an electric cooktop (no dishwasher). Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning. A ceiling fan is provided for your comfort.

Extended Stay: This residence may only be rented for stays of 31 nights or more.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Laundry: A stacked washer and dryer are located in the ground-floor residence, with complimentary laundry supplies provided.

Parking: One parking space in the garage, compact vehicles only. General street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available for larger vehicles.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
