This is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom modern Townhome. Each bedroom has a bathroom. 2 rooms has a 70” TV and family room has an 80” TV. This home is inside a double-gated community 15-17 km (9 miles) from Polanco, Roma and Condesa Areas.

Guests may not - play loud music, make noise while entering/leaving, host outdoor activities by the pool or invite additional non-approved guests. These violations are prohibited and strictly enforced, as ALL NOISE must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 8PM-8AM.
ANY SORT OF VIOLATION will result in BREACH OF CONTRACT and your reservation will be CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND, and guest will be evicted immediately. If violations fees are assessed by the city, guest is responsible for the payments of all fines (starting at $5,000 +)
Driveway holds maximum 4 sedans parked tightly and NOT blocking the sidewalk. STREET PARKING NOT AVAILABLE OR ALLOWED. NO PARKING ON LAWN.
